As an external project manager, we protect the customer’s interests in full, ensuring that the end product and result meet all expectations – within the agreed timeframe. We make sure the entire construction process runs smoothly and never goes wrong. We take full responsibility for site safety, supervision, documentation and reporting in accordance with the contract.

You, the customer, choose what you want to make our responsibility – site safety, budget, coordination, reporting and so on. A contract can be customised to meet your exact needs and pricing system. We can also offer turnkey contracts for any project - plan, project manage, supervise and build, all from a single contractor.

As our customer, you will always have a dedicated contact who will act as coordinator for the project, based on the authority you grant.
